Cooking time: 45 min

Carrots, onions, garlic, celery are cleaned, washed, cut into small cubes. We put the prepared vegetables in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add vegetable oil, fry until the onion is soft.

We spread lentils to the vegetables, pour water, add coriander and salt. Close the saucepan with a lid, cook for 15 minutes, then add a little tomato juice and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
