Once I went with my family on the train for a day, then back – the same amount. It's necessary to eat something, so they took with them a quick vermicelli, that is, a quick preparation. I must say, from the second time, everyone did not like this food so much that when I returned home, I decided to try to cook it according to a new, my own, culinary recipe. Of course, there is enough fuss, but it makes sense to try!

Cut the onion into 4 parts and then finely chop it, frying it until golden brown. Diced carrots and fry it with onion. Here we also put the ham, also cut into cubes. Let's pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes and also add them to the onion. Then we put boiled beans with corn here. Let's salt everything and cover it with a lid.

In the meantime, chop the garlic finely, then adding it to the dish. Add salt and pepper and put it back under the lid. Put vermicelli or noodles in a frying pan with our ingredients, and pour boiling water over it all. It is cooked until the noodles are ready. I note that the vermicelli should not float in the water, therefore, be careful with it!
