Mix the separated egg whites with water, milk, salt and mix well. Then gradually add flour to our mixture and knead the dough (it should turn out cool). After that, cover the dough with a napkin and leave it to reach for 40-50 minutes. Now we are preparing the filling. To do this, you need to grind the cottage cheese with sugar, pre-melted butter and egg yolk.

Now we go directly to the modeling of dumplings. To do this, we separate a part of the dough, roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer and cut out identical mugs with a glass or lid from something. Now we put one teaspoon of filling in the middle of the circles, fold the circle in half and pinch the edges. Some of the dumplings can be put in the freezer. Those that we want to cook, put in boiling salted water and cook until they pop up. Ready-made dumplings are served with sour cream or sugar.
