Fried potatoes with liver is a delicious, hearty and simple dish. It can be quickly cooked for dinner after coming home from work. To do this, take chicken liver, potatoes, onions and sunflower oil.
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Rinse the liver, clean the ducts, cut in half.
3. Heat the oil, fry the potatoes on both sides until golden brown. Add the chopped onion.
