Cooking method

1. Wash the eggplants, cut them lengthwise with plates, put them in a tray or in a bowl, salt and leave for 20-30 minutes so that the bitterness goes away, then wash them under running water, dry them.

2. Fry the eggplant plates in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, then spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

3. Tomatoes are washed, cut into circles, cut each piece in half. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press, three cheese on a fine grater.

4. We put mayonnaise in a bowl, add cheese and garlic, mix. The sauce can not be salted, mayonnaise itself is already salty, cheese as well.

5. We lubricate each plate of eggplant with sauce, and put a slice of tomato on top, turn it into a kind of roll, send the snack to the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

We serve it cold on the table, if desired, you can decorate with herbs.
