    To prepare "Lagman" with beef, you first need to cook noodles. To prepare it, sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt and egg. Mix everything together. Add warm water and vegetable oil, knead an elastic dough. Leave on the table for 30 minutes.

    Knead the finished dough several times, roll out on a surface dusted with flour into a thin platter.

    Sprinkle flour on both sides and fold into a loose roll. Cut into thin strips with a sharp knife.

    Boil noodles in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Put the finished noodles in a colander and rinse with water.

    Wash the beef, dry it with a paper towel. Cut out the veins and tendons. Cut into small pieces.

    Add Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, salt, pepper, spices to taste to the meat and vegetables, mix, close the lid and simmer until the meat is ready. If necessary, add water.

    Put the finished noodles in a plate, put the meat and vegetables on top and pour the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs to taste.
