Spinach should be in our diet not only during diets, but also as a preventive remedy for diseases. It is well absorbed by the body, stimulates the activity of the salivary and pancreas glands. Spinach can be taken fresh or frozen.
Fresh washed, cut, if the leaves are small, it is not necessary to cut, cook for 5 minutes. Frozen - we lower it into boiling water, we also cook for 5 minutes.
Then we throw it into a colander and let the water drain.
Melt the butter. Chop the onion finely and fry it.
Then add flour, stir, fry.
Pour in the cream, add nutmeg, salt, spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Rub the cheese, sprinkle the dish 3 minutes before it is ready (to melt).

Prepare croutons.
Shake the eggs, add a little salt. Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Cut the bread into pieces (the size you like). Dip in eggs, fry on both sides.
Spread spinach with cream on toast.

If you don't want croutons, then spinach with cream can simply be eaten with bread or served with a side dish. Mashed potatoes, meat, fish, rice, pasta can be used as a side dish. It is also delicious in cold form.
