A great option for a quick dinner after a working day, when there is no time and energy to stand at the stove for a long time, but you still want to please your family with delicious homemade food.

To begin with, you should prepare all the necessary products for the dish. Rinse the meat thoroughly in cold water and wipe dry with paper towels. As the main ingredient, you can take chicken, turkey or pork - who likes what more. Next, put the meat on a cutting board and cut off the bones, if any. It is best to use a tenderloin or sirloin. Cut the meat into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Next, peel onions and carrots, rinse. Finely chop the onion into cubes, and carrots can be cut into medium or large pieces. Celery is also cleaned and cut into strips.

Turn on the slow cooker and select the "Frying" or "Baking" mode on the control panel, depending on the configuration of a particular household appliance. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker. Heat it and pour out the chopped vegetables - onions, carrots and celery. Without closing the lid of the slow cooker, fry the vegetables until golden brown. The frying time depends on the power of the appliance. Then add the pieces of meat to the vegetables and fry everything together until the meat changes its color.

Wash tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision and scald with boiling water. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, and grind the pulp with a blender. Pour the resulting tomato sauce into the bowl of a slow cooker and bring it to a boil in the same mode. After a couple of minutes, add spices - salt and ground black pepper. Garlic is also crushed and added to the rest of the ingredients.

Pour pasta from durum wheat into the bowl of a slow cooker and pour in water. After that, close the multivark with a lid and switch it to the "Extinguishing" mode. Set the timer for 20 minutes.

After the timer goes off, you can turn off the appliance and serve the dish on the table. If desired, the pasta can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.
