A very simple recipe for potato zraz, for sure, every lover of Belarusian cuisine knows. This dish is prepared quickly from products that are always in the refrigerator. Such food will please many vegetarians. Potatoes are washed and peeled, and then boiled until tender in salted water. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes, adding butter. When the puree cools down, then we drive a fresh chicken egg into it. Next, we prepare the filling for zraz. To do this, the peeled onion head is crushed and fried in vegetable oil until transparent. Then mix it with two finely chopped hard-boiled chicken eggs. Salt the filling to taste. From mashed potatoes we make tortillas, in the center of which we put the filling, fold in half and pinch the edges so that they resemble cutlets. We roll potato zrazy in flour and fry in vegetable oil. We serve ready-made zrazy with sour cream and herbs on the table. Bon appetit!
