You can feed your whole family with this goulash! Moose goulash is not as difficult to prepare as it may seem at first glance, but it tastes like you can lick your fingers!

Wash the moose meat, dry it and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the onion. In a frying pan (deep), heat the butter, fry the moose meat for about five minutes, over high heat. Add the onion to the moose meat, and stirring occasionally, fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle the goulash with salt, pepper and flour, stir and fry (stirring occasionally) for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste to the goulash, mix thoroughly, pour in two or three glasses of water or meat broth, mix again, put the bay leaf, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 1-1.5 hours.
When the moose goulash is ready, sprinkle it with herbs (chopped).
