If you are waiting for guests, and you don't have much time for cooking, and you don't want to stay at the stove for a long time, then I will offer a Danish culinary recipe - tartlets with shrimp. This is a very wonderful snack, although it is not one of the cheapest, but for special occasions (for example, Friday) the most suitable choice.

This dish will require tartlets, which, of course, you can just buy in the store if you don't know how to cook them yourself, or you're just too lazy.
First we take the cheese, put it in a frying pan and melt it. Next, finely chop the garlic and add it to the cheese, then add lemon juice and throw the shrimp. Stirring, we will heat this mixture in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes, and add the wine. And after a few more minutes, we will remove it from the fire.
Let's fill the tartlets with our cheese sauce while it's still warm.
Cut a tomato into small slices, chop fresh lettuce leaves and decorate our dish with these components.
Shrimp tartlets are ready and they can be served on the table, bon appetit. I think that for this dish you will definitely get from your guests…
