Dumplings in pots with liver

Try the baked dumplings! It's very tasty! If I want to turn dinner into a small family holiday, then I put off all my business and cook something especially delicious. In the list of such special dishes I have baked dumplings. And not just dumplings, but with liver filling! I share secrets, maybe someone else will come in handy:)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Peel the onion and carrot, cut the onion into half rings, and the carrot into strips.

2. Put the vegetables in a frying pan, fry for 3-4 minutes in vegetable oil, then add salt.

3. Wash the liver, add it to the vegetables, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add ketchup and sour cream, and pour hot water (broth), mix. Simmer until the liver is fully cooked.

5. Prepare the pots, put some of the liver gravy in them and an equal portion of dumplings.

6. Lay out the remaining gravy and cover the pots with lids.

7. Bake the dumplings in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve on the table, eat for health!
