Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

We start by cutting off the fish's head, taking out the chord and insides, cutting off the spikes. Now we make incisions with an interval of 3-4 centimeters. In these incisions we lay thin slices of salmon. Then sprinkle the fish with a mixture of salt, sugar and pepper, pour lemon juice. After that, we put the fish on a baking sheet greased with oil, having previously placed finely chopped dill and parsley in it. Then we put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
We transfer the finished sturgeon to an oval elongated dish and carefully cut into slices 4-5 centimeters wide (portion pieces). We decorate the fish with sprigs of greenery and sliced lemons, serve them on the table. Enjoy your appetite and your guests!
