The cupcake prepared according to this recipe is a very quick baking option, as they say, "in a hurry". It is incredibly fast and easy to cook, because it can help out if unplanned guests are expected any minute. The cupcake can be served with jam, jam, melted chocolate or various toppings. There are many options!

So, let's start cooking... In a large container, sift the flour. To it, add the specified amount of cocoa powder, vanilla, as well as granulated sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

Next, pour vegetable oil and soda slaked in vinegar into the mixture (mix vinegar with soda separately), pour water. We mix everything thoroughly until it is completely combined. That's it - the dough is ready! Very fast and simple.

Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. We put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. The time may vary depending on the type of oven, so it's worth checking the cupcake for readiness in advance. It is not difficult to check it with the help of a "dry match" test. Stick a match into the cupcake, then take it out and see if the dough sticks. If the match is clean and dry, then the cupcake is ready and it can be removed from the oven.

Let the cupcake stay in shape, not for long, literally for 5 minutes, and then remove and leave to cool on the grill. When this happens, the cupcake can be served on the table, supplemented with any additives to taste.

If desired, you can prepare icing for the cupcake - chocolate will do well. Or just pour the cake with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts or decorate with fresh berries. You can just sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top or not decorate it with anything - the treat will still be delicious and impressive.

Have a nice tea party! And always delicious pastries!
