Cooking method

1. My cauliflower, cut into pieces of medium size.

2. We line the baking sheet with parchment, place pieces of cabbage on it, pour olive oil, sprinkle with salt.

3. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn each piece to the other side and continue baking for another 15 minutes.

4. We put sour cream in a bowl, salt, pepper.

5. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press. My dill, chop with a knife.

6. Add garlic mush and dill to the sour cream sauce, mix.

We serve cabbage on a platter, serve with sour cream sauce.
