Pampushki on kefir

Wonderful fragrant pampushki! Try to cook! Pampushki is, perhaps, the simplest baking and, if done correctly, their taste is simply amazing. The time is spent on proofing the dough, and on kneading and forming products - literally 20 minutes. In my recipe, the dough is not capricious - even a novice cook can easily cope with it)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

1. Pour kefir into a bowl, heat it in the microwave until warm.

2. Put yeast in warm kefir, leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes.

3. Add salt and sugar, break the egg and pour vegetable oil, mix with a whisk.

4. Sift the flour and add parts to the resulting mass, knead a soft, smooth dough.

5. Leave the dough to come up for about an hour, covering it with a towel or cling film.

6. When the dough increases in volume, divide it into 10 equal parts, put it in a mold greased with a piece of butter.

7. Let the pampushki come in the form (20 minutes will be quite enough) and send the form to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

8. Bake for half an hour.

9. Peel the garlic, grate it finely, put it in a bowl. Add finely chopped dill, pour vegetable oil and a little water, mix.

10. Put garlic sauce on hot pampushki and let it cool.

What a fragrance! Delicious pampushki are ready to please you with their taste)

Bon appetit!
