Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

1. Brown rice is cooked in a steamer for 35 minutes. Put the finished rice in a deep bowl and pour a little olive oil or put a little butter. Stir and let the rice cool.

2. Fillet, onion and carrot cut into pieces, grind in a blender, adding more garlic.

3. Transfer the crushed mixture to the cooled rice and mix with a spoon. Add soy sauce, stir. Then add the eggs and mix again.

4. Also pour the spices and mix again. Put sour cream, stir.

5. Combine flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve to the main mixture, mix thoroughly.

6. Cover the baking dish with foil, grease the foil with olive oil.

7. We spread the rice-meat dough into a mold and level it. Cover the mold with foil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.

8. 10 minutes before cooking, remove the lid and let the casserole brown in the oven.
