It's very easy to make Italian polenta, cut the sausages into circles, mix with herbs. Put the mixture in a 2 cm thick layer in a bowl, grated with garlic and greased with melted butter. Put the dishes with the mixture in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
On the table, sift the corn flour with a slide, make a recess. Pour in the previously diluted yeast, salt, mix thoroughly. Add the pieces of butter, pour in the milk, put the prepared dough in a warm place for 2 hours. Roll out the pizza bases from the dough with a diameter of about 25 cm and a thickness of 2 cm . Put it on a greased baking sheet. Remove the bowl with the mixture from the oven and put it on the dough.
Cut the onion into rings, chop the champignons. Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Put everything on the base, season with salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Sprinkle with melted butter and put in a very hot oven (at 250 ° C) for 15-20 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, cut into pieces and serve hot.
