Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles, about 1 cm high.

Tomatoes, bell peppers are also cut into rings.

Preparation:

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the potatoes on it, close to each other so that the bottom is not visible. They were salted, peppered a little and smeared with mayonnaise.

Spread a layer of ham or bacon on the potatoes, so that the potatoes are covered, but with small distances.
