I present to you a sponge cake with fruit, the culinary recipe of which I found in a wonderful magazine in the French cuisine section.
To bake biscuits for our cake, we will have to do it in two steps. Therefore, we divide the ingredients indicated in the recipe into two parts. And we prepare the dough separately for two cakes. And we bake them separately from each other in the oven.

Beat the yolks, add flour.

Then beat the cooled proteins to a thick foam and combine with the dough. Gently mix and bake for about 20 minutes. After both cakes are cooled. We put the first one on a dish, soak it with juice, smear it with cream (for cream, beat the cooled proteins with powdered sugar) and apply the second cake. We also impregnate it with juice and coat it with cream. We cut beautifully fresh fruits and cover the entire surface of our cake with them in any order: in the form of patterns or inscriptions. It is better to decorate the sides of the cake with protein cream from a pastry bag.

We dilute the jelly and smear all the fruits with a brush. We send the dessert to the refrigerator until the morning. This kind of food is good when served cold. Another such cake can be decorated with whipped cream.
