Tincture on mountain ash on moonshine

Don't miss the opportunity to make homemade tincture! Mountain ash tincture often captivates with its "softness", but it is still not worth abusing the drink, because it is quite strong. To prepare such a drink is quite simple - minimum effort, the main thing is to be patient.

Wash the berries, put them on the work surface, let them dry, then send them to the freezer for 8 hours (this is necessary in order to remove the bitterness).

Put the rowan in a bowl, pour out the sugar, mix and send it to the jar, filling it no more than 3/4 of the total volume.

Pour half of the moonshine into the jar so that it completely covers the rowan, close the lid and leave in a dark place at room temperature for about 4 weeks.

After the specified time, drain the infusion and pour in a new moonshine (no stronger than 45%). Return to the original location for 7 days.

After waiting for the prescribed time, strain the tincture through cheesecloth, and mix it with the first tincture. Pour into small glass bottles, leave for another 30-60 days.

The tincture is ready for use.
