Strawberry drink is quite easy to prepare, although you will have to make an effort. First, let's take care of the berries. We carefully sort them out. To make wine, we use only ripe and fragrant berries, we cut out all the spoiled places, we throw out the darkened berries. The sorted berries are placed in a suitable vessel and kneaded with a potato masher. We cover the crushed berries with granulated sugar on top, leave them under the lid for a day. The temperature should be room temperature.

When the day has passed, the released liquid will need to be filtered out. We do this with the help of gauze, folded in several layers. We squeeze the cake well. The filtered juice is poured into a large glass bottle, which should be clean. We close the bottle with a hydraulic seal, after which we transfer it to a dark and warm place. We keep the bottle there until the fermentation process comes to an end. It will be easy to understand by the fact that the water seal has stopped bubbling, and bubbles no longer appear inside the bottle.

Add tannin to the bottle, which should be dissolved in a small amount of young wine. We leave the bottle alone for another 3 days. During this time, the wine will become more transparent. We drain it from the sediment, trying not to touch this sediment. We pour the liquid into a clean bottle, install a water seal and transfer it to a dark and cool place for ripening. We keep the wine there for 3 months. When precipitation falls, be sure to drain it.

When 3 months have passed, we pour the wine into beautiful glass bottles, seal them hermetically. The wine is ready! We store it in a dark place, in a cool place.
