There are several ways to make cold coffee. In the first case, the finished hot drink is cooled to the desired temperature, in the second - coffee is prepared by holding ground grains in water, after which it is filtered, in the third - the finished drink is frozen in ice molds. In this way, you can prepare a cold version of latte or mocha. Such drinks are made by mixing hot espresso with the right amount of cold milk.

This recipe reveals the secrets of making coffee in ice cubes. In fact, cold coffee is a very tasty and unusually refreshing drink that is not difficult to prepare yourself.

1. We pour our favorite ground coffee into the turk, pour water, and send it to the fire. We make coffee as usual. As for the proportions of coffee and water - they can be adjusted to your liking. You can make coffee stronger and vice versa - less strong.

2. Let the finished coffee cool down to room temperature. Then add maple and mint syrup to the drink, mix well.

3. Pour the coffee into ice molds. The easiest way is to put the mold in the freezer overnight. But if there is no time to wait, then at least for 3-4 hours - before freezing.

4. After the specified time, we put the prepared coffee cubes into the glass, pour almond milk. Here we add vanilla extract, mix.

According to this recipe, coffee turns out to be moderately sweet. Therefore, for sweet tooths, the amount of maple syrup can be increased. Also, maple syrup can be replaced with any other sweetener. For example, for ordinary sugar syrup or brown sugar. But it's still worth trying the maple syrup option.

Enjoy your health!
