Noodles with stew

A good option when you need to cook something urgently. Noodles with stewed meat are a quick but very satisfying dish. And the more stew in it, the tastier it is. Therefore, you can not limit yourself to one jar. I also advise you to pour in a little water, even if there is a lot of it in the stew. Then there will be a lot of delicious sauce in the noodles.

It is very important to choose the right canned meat.
Canned meat is distinguished by the type of heat treatment. Sterilized canned goods are most often found on the Russian market, but there are also pasteurized ones.
In addition, canned meat is distinguished by the ratio of meat and vegetable components:
- meat (more than 60% of meat ingredients);
- meat-vegetable (meat ingredients from 30 to 60% inclusive);
- vegetable and meat (meat ingredients from 5 to 30% inclusive).
For our dish, it is better to choose the first option, which will have more meat than fat.
Canned meat in metal cans are most often found on store shelves. Such packaging should be smooth, without dents, swellings, smudges and traces of rust. These signs indicate that the canned food was stored incorrectly and, possibly, the tightness of the packaging is broken. Such a product may be spoiled, so it is better to refuse such a purchase.
Some manufacturers use glass containers for canning. The advantage of a glass jar is that it clearly shows the ratio of the components of the product. But a tin can is lighter, it will not break, so it is convenient to take it, for example, on a hike.
