Prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast for the family! A sweet pasta casserole baked in the oven, and even with a fragrant raspberry sauce, will be a great Sunday breakfast. For cooking, you should choose thin pasta. Cottage cheese is of course better to take home, it is most useful. But if there is no possibility, then you can buy in the store, just choose the brand of a proven manufacturer. Raspberry sauce can be replaced with any other, if desired. Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. Boil the pasta until fully cooked according to the instructions on the package. Then we throw them into a colander, put them under a stream of cold water. Let the liquid drain.

2. Break the eggs into a blender bowl. We also spread the cottage cheese here. Beat eggs with cottage cheese until smooth. Here you can do without a blender: rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, and beat the eggs with a hand whisk. Combine both masses in one bowl.

3. In the resulting mass, add sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Mix it up. Spread the boiled pasta, mix gently.

4. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter. We put the curd-pasta mass into the mold. The remaining oil is cut into plates and spread on the surface of the casserole.

5. Cover the mold with foil, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the foil, continue to bake for another 20 minutes.

6. After the specified time, cover the casserole with a clean towel and let it stand for 10 minutes.

7. Wash the raspberries, then put them in a saucepan. Here we pour lemon juice, pour sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, pour rum.

8. We send the pan to the fire, cover it with a lid. Bring the mass to a boil. Then we continue to cook until thickened, but with the lid open. About 10-15 minutes.

9. Then the sauce is cooled, filtered through a sieve. Hot sauce can also be filtered, but you need to act very carefully so as not to get burned.

10. Cut the casserole into portions, pour raspberry sauce over it and serve it on the table.

Eat with pleasure!
