    In the morning, wash the beans again, fill with fresh water and put on fire. bring the water to a boil, turn down the heat and cook the beans until tender, but do not digest them so that the beans are whole, not boiled.

The remains of the broth do not need to be poured out immediately, so that, if necessary, it can be added to the workpiece. Add salt and sugar, add chopped garlic and a piece of hot pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

    We immediately lay out the banks sterilized in advance in the usual way. Cover with lids and put in a saucepan with water, at the bottom of which a cloth is placed.
