1. We put the lemongrass berries in a bowl, pour water, wash them. If we come across twigs, we remove them. We transfer the clean berries to another container, cover them with sugar, and leave them overnight.

2. In the morning we send a container with berries to the fire, if there is not enough juice released overnight, add a little water. Cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling, then turn off the heat, let it cool completely.

3. Re-let the jam boil, cook for 5 minutes, spread out in clean sterilized jars. We roll up the blanks hermetically.
