Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

My beef, cut into large cubes, put in a thick-walled saucepan.

Peel the onion, cut into large cubes, pour it into a saucepan with meat, pour vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, after making a cross-shaped incision on each of them, remove the skin, chop coarsely and send it to the meat.

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into strips, also put in a saucepan.

Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater and send them after the pepper. Fill the ingredients with water and add tomato paste, mix.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, and when the broth boils, put it in a saucepan, add salt. We cook the shurpa for 20 minutes, after which we reduce the heat to the very minimum and torment the shurpa for about half an hour.

Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press and add it to the soup along with the bay leaf 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

Pour the finished shurpa in portions, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley.

Eat with pleasure!
