Pho soup with shrimp

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 45 min

1. We wash the vegetables well, clean them and cut them into pieces.

2. Shrimps need to be cleaned from the shell.

3. Heat up the frying pan and pour sunflower oil, fry the vegetables on it.

4. Pour water into a saucepan and put fried vegetables in it. Cook on low heat for 2 hours . Salt to taste.

5. Boil the noodles and rinse well under cold water.

6. Filter the broth through a sieve. Add soy sauce to the broth.

7. Boil the peeled shrimp in broth.

8. We put noodles in bowls and pour broth with shrimp.

9. Chop the greens, pepper and lemon. We decorate our dish.
