Separate meals and okroshka in the summer heat are not compatible, but you can cook an alternative cold soup.
We put the eggs to boil first. it is not necessary to cook very hard, let the yolk be slightly soft, because the soup will be eaten "at once".
While the eggs are bubbling and jumping, we prepare a sour cream base. Peel the cucumber and zucchini from the skin, whisk with a blender. These vegetables are very watery, it will turn out almost like juice with pulp. Salt the juice, add sour cream to it. we try and add salt if necessary.
Cut sweet red pepper, radish, part of cucumber and zucchini. You can crumble the greens.
We clean the eggs, cut a couple finely, the remaining egg is simply cut in half for decoration.
mix vegetables, eggs and herbs, a little salt, pour sour cream mixture.
!!! ATTENTION, tomatoes can not be added, there is an egg in the soup. This protein is not mixed with fruits and sour fruits (including tomatoes).
