Remove the finished pancakes from the hot pan to the prepared plate. To remove excess oil from them, you can put them on paper towels. Delicious, fluffy pancakes are ready for tea. Enjoy your meal!

There is an opinion that fluffy pancakes can be made only using yeast. Not at all! With the addition of soda, they turn out no worse. For a new taste, grated apples or grated boiled carrots can be added to the dough. Or you can put a piece of apple or a few cherries directly into the pan in each pancake.
Ready-made pancakes can be supplemented with condensed milk, sour cream, jam or berry topping.
Prepare such pancakes for your family on Sunday morning or just for a snack during any day.
Children especially love pancakes. They turn out so lush that they look like small buns, only cooked in a frying pan.
By the way, kefir is best suited for standing. In such kefir, soda will ferment well, which means that the dough will turn out to be airy.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
