Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to bake pork with pineapple and cheese baked in the oven? Measure out the necessary ingredients. I have pork schnitzels, you can take any other part of the carcass, as long as it is boneless. I took pineapples from canned food, 5 pieces, according to the number of schnitzels - one cup each.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash and dry the vegetables well. Cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. To avoid watering your eyes, moisten the knife with tap water. I didn't peel the tomatoes, you can do it if you don't like to see it in the dish.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Chop off the schnitzels from both sides. If you have a vein running along the edges of the meat pieces, cut it in several places with a knife. Otherwise, the meat will begin to curl into a tube and shrink during baking.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Grate the cheese. Any hard cheese will do here.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put onion rings on the meat and apply a mayonnaise mesh.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Place the tomato mugs on top. Place pineapple rings on the tomato.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Apply the mayonnaise mesh again. These are the blanks that are eventually obtained.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Sprinkle the schnitzels with grated cheese on top and put an olive in the middle of the pineapple rings. Bake the dish in a preheated 180°C oven for about 30-35 minutes. Determine the baking time and temperature according to your oven.

If you don't have ready-made schnitzels, you can buy a piece of carbonate and cut it into portions with a width of at least 5 mm.

Red onions can be replaced with ordinary onions.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use the useful information about the features of ovens !
