Lavash with salmon and cottage cheese

Please the family with a royal snack. It is prepared in a couple of minutes! Personally, I am not in favor of waiting for the holidays as an excuse to cook something delicious. Every day is unique in its own way and you need to use time to please your loved ones and loved ones. I offer a very tasty dish with which you can arrange a small holiday for your family even on the most ordinary day :)

Cut the salmon into small cubes (this is done so that the roll is cut better), put it in a bowl.

Finely chop the dill, send it to the fish. We also spread the cream cheese here, mix thoroughly, distributing the cheese over the filling.

Add a little lemon juice, mix again.

We unwrap the pita bread, generously lubricate the filling and tightly twist it into a roll.

Wrap the resulting roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife and serve it on the table.
