Delicious soft meat pies with an intriguing name! Usually, the dough for baking is prepared with milk, diluting it with water. As always, I do not change my desires to experiment, so I tried to bake perepechi on sour cream. The dough differs both when kneading and in the finished form - it is softer and not at all rigid. Try this dish of Udmurt cuisine, you will definitely like it.

So that the filling has time to cool down by the time the products are molded, prepare it first:
- peel the onion, cut into cubes, put it in a frying pan, pour vegetable oil;
- add the minced meat, pour in water and put out the minced meat with onions for 10-12 minutes;
- add salt and pepper to taste, stir, leave to cool.

Now you can knead the dough:
- pour milk into a bowl, put sour cream, add yolk, mix;
- enter flour, salt, knead the dough (soft, elastic).

Divide the dough into 12 parts, roll out round cakes (diameter approximately 12-14 cm), lift the edges a little and form a side.

Transfer the blanks to a baking sheet lined with parchment and stuff with cooled minced meat (1 tablespoon each). Break the egg into a separate bowl, pour in the milk, beat lightly with a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture of baking powder - 2 tablespoons each.

Put the baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes (preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius in advance).
