How about boiled salsa? A delicious snack! Try! I was advised to try this recipe by a friend with whom we haven't seen each other for five years and now we unexpectedly met. It turned out just amazing! It's really worth a try. It's very tasty!

Cut the fat into pieces. Wipe with salt and put each piece in a separate bag. We put bay leaf, garlic and a mixture of peppers in bags on top. We tie the bags.

Put a pot of water on the fire, bring it to a boil and put bags of bacon in it. It is necessary to cook for 80-90 minutes. After that, we take the fat out of the water and cool it. We cut the package, take out and peel off the salt from it, remove the pepper and bay leaf. Done.

Cut the bacon into pieces. Black bread and mustard are perfect for this product.
