Mess with pork and vegetables

Let the "mess" be on your desk rather than in your head! This name is given to the dish for a reason) We call the lack of order a mess. So in this dish everything is mixed in a heap :) I hope this culinary recipe from my Asian homeland (Kazakhstan) will be to your taste!

So, let's start cooking. Stock up on time, you will have to cook for a long time, although the recipe is extremely simple.
So, we cut the meat into large pieces, the potatoes into cubes (also large, otherwise it will fall apart and spoil the whole appearance of the dish). Pour a little vegetable oil into the cauldron and put the meat and potatoes to stew.
Quickly cut the carrots and onions – they go to the cauldron next.
While everything is stewing, we cook the rest of the vegetables. Cut zucchini and eggplant into cubes, salt them abundantly and leave for an hour to get rid of excess liquid in zucchini and bitterness in eggplant. Shred the cabbage. By the way, do not be small. In all oriental dishes, everything needs to be cut large.
When the carrot becomes soft, we throw the squeezed zucchini with eggplant, after 5 minutes pepper. And 10 minutes before the tomatoes are ready. And, of course, do not forget to pepper, add salt to taste, add your favorite spices. For as you know, food without spices, especially oriental food, is not prepared :)
Done!
