1. My chicken fillet, then put it in a saucepan. Fill the bird with water so that it is completely covered. We send the pan to the fire. Cook for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then cool the fillet without removing it from the broth. We take out the already cooled fillet, cut it into cubes.

2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly in warm water. The peel should be perfectly clean. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water. All potatoes should be completely immersed in water. We send the pan to the fire, cook the potatoes until tender, about 25 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then we drain the water, cool the potatoes in the uniform. After that, we peel and cut into cubes.

3. Put chicken eggs in a saucepan, fill with water. We send the saucepan to the fire. We cook hard-boiled eggs. That is, 6 minutes from the moment of boiling. We cool the eggs in a container with cold water, peel them from the shell. We separate the whites with the yolks. Cut the whites into cubes, and place the yolks in a bowl, add mustard to them, rub with a fork into a homogeneous mass.

4. Cucumbers are washed under running water. If they are not the youngest, then the skin should be cleaned. If the cucumbers are young, this can not be done. Then cut off the ends on both sides. Cut cucumbers into cubes. My radish, cut off the tails. Cut into small cubes. Green onions and dill are washed, then cut as small as possible. Put the greens in a bowl, sprinkle with salt. Rub with your hands so that the greens let the juice.

5. And now we put potatoes, chicken, egg whites, yolks with mustard, cucumbers, radishes, greens in a large bowl. Mix everything well, salt to taste. Pour the ingredients with cold ayran. Mix again.

We lay out on serving plates. If desired, you can decorate with arugula.
