Sift the flour through a sieve onto the work surface, slide. Make a recess in the slide, pour water, milk, salt and pepper into it. Knead the dough with your hands.

Sprinkle the workplace with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 2 millimeters wide. With a knife, cut 3 * 3 cm squares from the rolled dough .

Peel the onion and rinse it under running water. Roll the beef through a meat grinder into a bowl, then scroll the onion. Add water, pepper and salt to the bowl, mix with a spoon.

Rinse the greens under running water, dry with a kitchen towel. Cut very finely.

Put minced meat in the center of the dough square with a spoon and pinch the edges with your fingers from two opposite edges with a triangle.

In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil over medium heat, lower the chuchvara into boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Get ready-made dumplings with a colander.

Serve in serving plates, sprinkle with fresh herbs, you can directly with broth, as we serve dumplings. Bon appetit!
