Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the necessary products. Take bigger eggs, it is best if they are homemade eggs, and in extreme cases WITH. They not only have a large size, but also have a bright orange yolk, thanks to which the omelet will turn out a beautiful color. Before cooking, check how fresh the eggs are. Put them in a container of water at room temperature. If the eggs sink to the bottom, they are fresh, if they pop up, it is better not to use them.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Prepare the package in which you will cook the omelet. The usual small-sized breakfast bags will do. For greater durability, I used two packages: I put one into the other.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Wash the eggs very well - their shells contain a lot of bacteria. Carefully beat the eggs right into the bag and pour in the milk. I note that milk can be anything: both natural and vegetable.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Optionally add your favorite ingredients to the package. If you are a fan of more satisfying dishes, then you can add bacon slices, chicken pieces, chopped mushrooms, grated cheese. Slices of any vegetables will also be appropriate: sliced tomatoes, sweet peppers and onions. If you prefer an option close to the classic version of the omelet, then you can just limit yourself to freshly cut greens.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Salt the omelet mixture. At this stage, you can also add other dried herbs or seasonings: ground hot pepper, paprika, garlic powder and others.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix all the ingredients right with your hands, kneading the bag from the outside.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Tie the top of the package into a strong knot.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Boil water in a saucepan. Put the bag directly into boiling water and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Carefully take out the omelet bag and cool it a little. Then carefully cut the package and serve it to the table.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

This omelet is perfect for a family breakfast, both adults and children will like it! Bon appetit!
