We clean the white cabbage from the upper dry leaves, cut it into small pieces, it is not necessary to chop the cabbage too finely. It is believed that a person will chew large pieces of cabbage for longer, thereby saturation will occur faster, fewer calories will be eaten and received.

    Carrots are washed, cleaned (if the carrots are only from the garden, it is enough to rub it with a stiff brush), cut it into circles, if the carrots are not large, large – cubes.

    Peel the onion and cut into cubes in the same way. Instead of onions, you can use leeks, they taste more tender. Finely chop the celery, you can use other fresh herbs to taste.

    A curry seasoning is added to this soup, it helps to lose weight, but I am not a fan of the taste of this seasoning, so I added a pinch of ground black pepper. You can add another garlic clove passed through the press for flavor. Cook the soup for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat, let the soup brew under the lid for 15 minutes. We serve diet soup to the table.
