Kimchi Soup

Cut onions, mushrooms and tofu into thin strips or cubes. Chop a few green onion feathers. Rinse pork under warm water and also cut into thin strips.


Pour a little vegetable oil into a saucepan and add the kimchi sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then, add 0.5 teaspoons of crushed garlic, soy sauce and chili sauce, pepper. Add onions, mushrooms, meat and pour water over it all (water should cover vegetables and meat). Bring the soup to a boil and leave to cook until the meat is fully cooked. Make sure that the water does not boil out.


When the meat is ready, turn down the heat and add finely chopped pieces of tofu. Gently mix the soup and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Ready! You can serve it to the table!
