I took the forest ones that were harvested in the mushroom season, boiled and frozen. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content. But if the sour cream is thick, then you will need a little more water to dilute it.

    Boil the required amount of pasta until tender in salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Then flip them into a colander and let the water drain.

    While the pasta is cooking, take care of the sauce. Peel the onion from the husk and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry in a hot frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil, for 2-3 minutes, so that the onion becomes transparent.

    Before frying, the mushrooms must be defrosted and drained of excess liquid. Then put the mushrooms in a frying pan with the onion and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.

    You can immediately add liquid sour cream to the pan, and dissolve the thick one in a small amount of water. Peel and chop the garlic.

    Add sour cream, a little salt and crushed garlic to the mushrooms in the pan. Bring everything together to a boil.

    Then add the finished pasta to the pan, mix everything well and warm it over the fire. Remove the finished dish from the heat, place on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!

Sour cream sauce is very tasty, tender and appetizing. The presence of garlic gives it a special piquancy. And mushrooms add satiety. Pasta in this combination is obtained with a creamy, velvety taste.
