Beef meatballs with rice in a frying pan

Delicious budget for weekdays and holidays for the whole family. In beef meatballs with rice in a frying pan in tomato sauce, I try to use pure beef instead of minced pork without additional impurities. You can also add onions to the minced meat, which you need to fry with carrots. With onions, the minced meat will turn out even juicier.
