Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a Salad Night with Chicken? Prepare the specified ingredients. You can take a smoked chicken breast instead of a smoked ham. Boiled eggs - two large or three small - I have small eggs, I took three pieces. Drain the liquid from the canned champignons.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Chop the prepared ingredients: chop the ham and cut the flesh; cut the mushrooms if you have whole ones (I have already cut them in a jar); divide the eggs into protein and yolk - grate the protein on a coarse grater, the yolk on a fine grater; grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Lettuce will be layers. You can serve it in a common salad bowl, or you can serve it in a portion. Put the chopped smoked chicken meat in the first layer. Brush a little with mayonnaise.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

The next layer is sliced canned champignons. Lightly brush the layer with mayonnaise.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

The third layer is grated protein (you can immediately mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise).

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Then grated hard cheese on a fine grater. Top with a little mayonnaise. To make it convenient to coat the layer, it is better to apply a thin mayonnaise grid.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

The last layer is grated egg yolks on a fine grater.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Garnish the salad with fresh herbs to taste - green onions, parsley or dill. Before serving, the layered salad should be kept in the refrigerator for a while.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Note that canned mushrooms are often stored in stores with a violation of the temperature regime (above 25 degrees, especially in summer). This can lead to the development of bacteria that cause severe poisoning and botulism.
Signs of improper storage are: a swollen jar, cloudy marinade, air bubbles rising from the bottom of the jar, the presence of mold and an unpleasant smell. If at least one of the listed signs is detected, it is better not to use such mushrooms at all. If you are sure that the canned mushrooms were stored correctly, then you can use them without frying. In the case when there seem to be no signs, but you doubt it, it is better to fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown.
