A hearty nutritious dish! Easy to prepare! Red beans in tomato sauce, in my opinion, belongs to the category of dishes that must be prepared periodically, regardless of your diet, food restrictions and diets. Legumes are simply required to be present in the dishes of vegetarians, as well as those who keep a fast. It's a great source of protein! And cooking beans in tomato is one of the simplest and most affordable methods to "deliver" beans to the table quickly enough and without much hassle.

While the beans are being boiled, rinse, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chopped carrots and fry them over medium heat, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. It is necessary that the carrots soften.

Red beans in tomato sauce are ready. You can serve it in any form. It is good both hot and warm, and even in a chilled form, such a bean is an excellent side dish and a good snack!

From spices we take ground black pepper, asafoetida and I strongly recommend smoked paprika, it gives a great note of smoked meat, very thin and delicate.
