Caesar without chicken with crackers salad

The classic taste of Caesar leaves few people indifferent! During my student days, I worked part-time on vacation, in the summer, in America. And on one of these trips she worked as a kitchen assistant in an American restaurant. That's where I learned to cook the classic Caesar salad, which is so popular in America, and now with us. I will say that for Americans this salad is for us an Olivier salad. No decent celebration is complete without Caesar, so that's how they prepare a classic Caesar salad with crackers without fish, meat or chicken.

First you need to make a dressing sauce for Caesar salad so that the ingredients of the salad dressing merge into a single taste. To do this, take one chicken egg and put it in boiling water for no more than one minute so that the egg remains soft. In a bowl, mix this most practically liquid egg with mustard and slowly add olive oil there so that there is no delamination. Here, add lemon juice and a little soy sauce to the salad dressing. Knead everything to get a creamy mass of the color of melted milk. And put the dressing aside for Caesar to infuse.
Separately, take only a crumb of white bread without crusts, cut it into cubes and dry it in the oven until golden brown. Here you got American croutons, and in our opinion ordinary crackers. With your hands, tear the romaine lettuce leaves into large pieces and pieces. Next, we "collect" the Caesar salad itself. Grease a bowl with crushed garlic, put green lettuce leaves in a bowl, add croutons, pour our dressing sauce liberally. Sprinkle the almost ready Caesar salad with grated parmesan cheese, this is such a cheese, and immediately serve it on the table until the crackers are soaked. This is all the culinary recipe of the classic Caesar salad. I think you'll like this food too.
