Do you want to cook something very tasty and healthy to eat. And in order not to waste much time on this, then I suggest you cook chicken with broccoli, a cooking recipe that my mother told me. She recorded it from some TV show. So, take the chicken fillet, wash it and cut it into squares. After that, they should be marinated in ready-made soy sauce and held for about one hour. In addition to the sauce, pour lemon juice and olive oil into the marinade. You can also take vegetable oil. During this hour, be sure to stir the meat several times. Then take the frying pan. Heat the oil on it and put the meat. Simmer it for about ten minutes. It should change its color. Then add blue cheese to the meat. It should melt under the temperature. Then it is necessary to pour out the sifted flour, stirring the meat constantly. The mixture turns out thick. Therefore, I advise you to dilute it with milk. After that, we put broccoli in it. Simmer for about three minutes. Then sprinkle with ground pepper. You can add salt to taste, but the sauce and cheese are already salty, so try it first, and then decide whether to salt or not. Enjoy your appetite!
