Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

All vegetables and fruits, except garlic, wash, peel, cut, put in a blender and grind until smooth, or pass through a meat grinder.
Cook in a saucepan over low heat under the lid, adding only salt, for about 1 hour.
When it cools down a little, add vinegar, oil, garlic ground in advance and sugar. Mix and arrange in jars.
