Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours
First we need to put out the vegetables. To do this, we peel the pepper from the seeds and cut it into thin half rings. After the same half-rings, cut the onion. Combine soy sauce with tomato paste and broth, add vinegar and an incomplete glass of water, add salt and sugar. We bring the mass to a homogeneous state. We take a heat-resistant deep dish, put vegetables in it, pour the resulting sauce and put it under the lid in the oven to simmer over low heat. It will take us about one hour. When the food is ready, take it out, pour in the green peas and put it in the oven for another ten minutes. Together with the starch, beat the eggs, dip the meat cut into layers into the mixture and fry it in vegetable oil on both sides. When the meat is ready, add it to the vegetables.
