Milk is best to choose homemade whole milk. And ice cream can be used both homemade and purchased. In the recipe, this is vanilla ice cream, it is great for making a cocktail. Mint syrup can also be bought in a supermarket or in any specialty store. But with the same success, mint syrup is prepared at home, and then used to prepare various culinary masterpieces.

In this recipe, green food dye is still used. It makes the color of the drink pleasant and festive. This is not a mandatory ingredient, if desired, it can be completely excluded and just make a white drink.

For a festive table, a cocktail can be decorated in an original and tasteful way. Alternatively, you can decorate with whipped cream and pour melted dark chocolate.

1. In the bowl of the blender, we spread ice cream, pour milk.

2. Here we also add vanilla extract and mint syrup.

3. Along with all the ingredients, we add food coloring. It needs quite a bit to give a light shade.

4. Shake the cocktail at the highest power for a couple of minutes.

5. Pour the drink into glasses and decorate with whipped cream and melted chocolate. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.

We serve it on the table immediately. Traditionally, such milk drinks are drunk through a thick cocktail tube.
